Galway Skane Hospital's Laboratory Services offers in-house laboratory testing and consulting pathology services to both inpatients and outpatients around-the clock. Our laboratory professionals provide timely and high quality laboratory test results. Our services often are the foundation of a patient's diagnosis and treatment.

Medical tests can provide a great deal of important information using bodily specimens, including blood, urine and stool samples. The laboratory services at Galway Skane Hospital's offer convenient testing with both before-work and after-work hours.

Our laboratoty is staffed 24 hours a day with licensed medical technologists, technicians, phlebotomists and board-certified pathologists to provide quality service and patient-centric care. The laboratory team works closely with physicians to provide comprehensive laboratory services to patients.

Physicians’ orders maybe required for all tests. A few of the tests provided may include:
